This policy explains what information Raw Metal collects through this website and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run the site.
What we collect
When you contact us — by email or through the request form — we receive what you choose to send: your email address and the details you provide about your workload (GPU count, node type, topology, timeline). We don't ask for more than that.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, scope hardware, and prepare a quote. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example, our email and hosting providers).
Hosting & analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (page views and performance) — it does not track individuals across sites or build advertising profiles.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
Data retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to follow up and meet our records obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rawmetal.ai and we'll take care of it.
